Helpers around the chapters: for your doctor's appointment, for looking things up and for seeing how certain the knowledge is.

For your symptoms

  • Symptom diary One entry a day: symptoms, stool form and possible triggers. After a few weeks it shows patterns.
  • Test phases Try one change for two to four weeks, such as going without lactose, and evaluate it with your diary.
  • Sheet for your doctor's appointment Your check result, your progress over time and questions worth asking, on one printable page.
  • Interaction check "I take X, what should I know?" Known notes on probiotics, binders, medication and special situations.

Understand and look up

  • Learning paths Chapters on one concern in a sensible order, for example after antibiotics or for bloating, with progress.
  • Glossary Technical terms from butyrate to coeliac disease, briefly explained. In the chapters you can tap them directly.
  • Myth check Common beliefs about the gut, briefly and honestly put into context.
  • Evidence map All tips by confidence score and topic. At a glance: what is well established, what is experimental?
